I get a lot of questions from personal trainers asking how they can become TRX certified. Well in actual fact there is no certification given for becoming a TRX pro. However you can learn more about TRX through the courses that they offers so that you can offer it as part of your services.
Becoming a TRX professional trainer is excellent for adding training services to your offers. Most personal trainers are looking for ways to broaden their expertise and suspension training is certainly becoming a very popular form of exercises.

News and updates
Hey there, Rob Ramos here. You might have notice a huge change since the last time you visited this blog. I previously had my website running on Blogger.com and felt that the time was right for me to grow my website and online presence.
I started this as a small blog when I started training TRX and wanted to share an excellent suspension training program by Dan Long called Suspension Revolution. I absolutely love the workouts and type of exercises that I started writing more on making more people aware of its benefits and how popular this form of exercise has become.
Last week I decided that it was time for me to move my blog and transform it into a website where I can grow. Nothing against blogger, but there comes a time when you need to spread your wings and fly.
As I am setting up my website and migrating all my content to the server, I also realized that there is still great value in running a Blogger blog site. Many of my readers follow me through their Google accounts and Plus post notifications.
So instead of throwing it away, I am growing to spread my wings even further and post all announcements here of new content and features from the main site. This way, my loyal readers, YOU, can keep up to date and continue the discussions.
