No need for a variety of different weights and gym equipment either make TRX very versatile. There are many benefits that I can talk about but will save that for another article. Today I want to focus on legs and the leg exercises that you can do with your TRX straps.
All you need is a set of suspension straps, a sturdy anchor point and your own body weight to start working your legs and getting them into great shape. There are many workout combinations that you can do to target the various areas of your legs for a full and effective workout.

The guy is absolutely brilliant and really challenges you. His exercises will give you an excellent burn no matter the level you are.
